Training & Advisory Services
PCR is pleased to serve as an SBA-designated Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Through our SBDC, PCR provides no cost one-on-one advisory services, and low-cost entrepreneurial training.

Metro Business Interruption Fund
Metro’s Business Interruption Fund (BIF) provides financial assistance to small “mom and pop” businesses impacted by transit rail construction along the Crenshaw to LAX Transit Project, the Little Tokyo and the 2nd & Broadway segments of the Regional Connector, and Sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Purple Line Extension.
California Small Business Guarantee Fund
The State of California Small Business Loan Guaranty Program provides loan guarantees to encourage commercial Banks to make loans that may fall short of their credit requirements. Banks are able to leverage up to an 80% guaranty on small business loans, reducing the risk to the bank and in turn allowing the Bank’s small business clients to get financing that otherwise would be declined.
