Application Information
Applications are being accepted and reviewed in rounds.
Round 1
During the initial round, eligible businesses and property owners within the Destination Market Street Boundaries (see map below) applied for grant funds, with all applicants required to submit an Intake Form and request a Site Visit. The deadline for Intake Forms and Requests for Site Visits has passed for the initial round. PCR Business Finance, the City’s Program Administrator, is carefully reviewing grant applications.
Round 2
Businesses being relocated due to City-sponsored Projects to locations within the Destination Market Street Boundaries are now eligible to submit intake forms and schedule Site Visits. Please contact Charles Boyd, Program Manager Advisor, at charles.boyd@pcrcorp.org or (213) 640-4635 to confirm your eligibility and schedule a Site Visit. PCR will then schedule a Site Visit in order to complete an initial assessment of the proposed improvements for the business’s new location.
